Ingredients

  • 1 container Trader Joe's Holiday Vegetable Hash
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 big handfuls of baby kale (or spinach or regular kale, chopped)
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil to a soup pot over medium heat.
  2. Toss your Trader Joe's Holiday Hash and minced garlic once the oil warms up, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 3 minutes or until fragrant.
  3. Add your can of chickpeas and broth. Bring the soup to a simmer, then leave it to cook for 15-20 minutes.

  • 15.5 0z can Cannellini beans
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1tsp garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup ditalini pasta cooked and drained
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 pack of Trader Joe's Holiday Hash

Instructions

  1. Sautée your red onion, loose sausage, and garlic in olive oil over medium heat in a stockpot. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until brown.
  2. Once these initial veggies are tender, add your Trader Joe's Holiday Hash and cook until tender.
  3. Add your cans of diced tomatoes and Cannelini beans, cook for a few minutes, then add your chicken or vegetable broth, garlic salt, garlic pepper, basil, parsley, oregano, and crushed red pepper.
  4. Cover your stockpot with a lid and leave to simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Add your cooked pasta to the pot, cook for a few minutes, and remove it from the heat.

  • ½ cup feta, crumbled
  • olive oil

  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread the Holiday Hash on a baking sheet and season it with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, 21 Seasoning Salute, and drizzle it with olive oil. Bake over 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes. Ensure you flip the veggies halfway through.
