Instructions:

  1. In a big soup pan, simmer potatoes and diced onions in water over medium heat until they're tender.
  2. Once cooked, drain the excess water from the potatoes and onions.
  3. Mix in the milk and cream cheese. Take it off the heat and stir until the cream cheese is melted.
  4. Add the soups, butter, and garlic powder.
