Ingredients:

  • olive oil
  • cilantro
  • parsley
  • harissa (homemade or store-bought)
  • lemon juice
  • garlic
  • additional spices (cumin, paprika, coriander, and salt)
  • honey
  • butter
  • boneless chicken thighs

Instructions:

1. Place your chicken in a large bowl and add your olive oil, cilantro, parsley, harissa, lemon juice, garlic, and additional spices.

2. Combine everything until the chicken is thoroughly coated, then cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for either half an hour or overnight, depending on your schedule.

3. Note that you can cook your chicken BBQ-style, but for this recipe, add some olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat and cook your chicken in batches. Allow each side to sear for about five to six minutes.
